HOW TO FIND 30 AND 60 DEGREES FOR SIN,COS AND TAN
 using one of the triangle I.e right angled triangle
 opp square= hyp square - adj square
 opp square = 2^2 - 1^2
 opp square = 4 - 1=3
 opp = root 3.
 Then...
 sin30 degree = 1/2 = 0.5
 cos30 degree = root 3/2 = 0.8660
 tan30 degree = sin30 degree/ cos30 degree = 0.5/0.8660= root 3/3 or 0.5774.
 sin60 degree = root 3/2= 0.8660
 cos60 degree = 1/2= 0.5
 tan60 degree = 0.8660/0.5 = root 3/1= root 3

Bearing and distance- City A is 300km due east of city B, city C is 200km on a bearing of 123degress from city B. How far is it from C to A...       Solution   Using the cosine rule formula   a^2= b^2+c^2-2bccosA  So therefore,  b^2=a^2+c^2-2acCosB  b(squared) = 200squared+300squared-2(200*300)cos33    = 40000+90,000-120,000cos33    =130,000-100640.47    =29359.53  b= square root of 29359.53    b=171.34...
